Senior Process Simulation Engineer
The successful candidate will be involved in the Design of vehicle structural components and associated tools for sheet aluminium stamping using HFQ Technology:
- Designing complete deep draw stamping tool sets for pressing of high strength automotive aluminium BIW components using PAM-STAMP simulation.
- Performing part feasibility studies and report back to customers. Liaise and guide customers on improvements to part feasibility for HFQ Technology.
- Designing high quality tool faces in support of stamping simulation in CATIA.
- Creating and maintaining all the documentation related to HFQ® Technology simulation.
- Contributing towards development of HFQ® Technology simulation techniques for hot stamping of aluminium and efficient tool cooling.
- Supporting tool try-out and part production.
Senior Tribology Modelling Engineer
The SeniorTribology Modelling Engineer will be responsible for development of tribology modelling capability for prediction of apparent coefficient of friction for deep drawing process of aluminium alloys using HFQ Technology. This position will contribute to improvements in understanding fundamental mechanisms involved in dry and lubricated tribology of hot aluminium and tool material pairs under HFQ Technology conditions.
Applications Engineer- Detroit
We are looking for a Detroit-based Applications Engineer, to work with automotive OEMs in the USA, to embed HFQ technology into their vehicle structures for cost-effective lightweighting. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the automotive industry with a strong metallic materials/manufacturing/body design background. Reporting to the Director of Applications Engineering, he/ she will be expected to interface and build strong relationships with customers, providing them with technical support in identifying and developing applications and supporting implementation and use of our technology. Commercial Programme Manager
We have another exciting job opportunity! Looking for a Commercial Programme Manager who will be a critical interface between customers (external) and the organisation. The Commercial Programme Manager interprets the customer requirements to create clear definition of the programme scope, develop the commercial proposal for approval by Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and is responsible to ensure the timely safe delivery of results, meeting all the requirements and undertaking commercial discussions with the customer as required.
The Commercial Project Manager ensures that the programme is adequately resourced and manages communication and relationships with customers and all programme contributors and is ultimately responsible for utilising resources effectively and efficiently.
The role may also include new business development activity in providing programme / project management support in a pre-programme stage, and gaining a knowledge of other potential follow on programs / projects that Sales / Application Engineering could pursue.
